Delete cBlogs

Along with publishing and hiding cBlogs, I think it would be a good idea to have an option to delete a cBlog completely. For example, I have a few aborted cBlogs that I will never publish and they're just wasting space in my "Manage Blogs" listing.

        Yes, please. Inability to delete cblogs is one of the clunkiest things Destructoid has suffered from for the longest time.
